Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: February 14th, 2026

By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, products, or vendor tables, you agree to the following terms:

General

  • Vendors must comply with all venue rules and applicable laws.

Non-Transferable Tables

  • Vendor tables/booths are assigned to the registered vendor and are not transferable. Subletting, sharing, or allowing any third party to sell from your space is prohibited. Event staff may remove any vendor found in violation, and all fees paid will be forfeited.

Show Conduct

  • Treat all guests, vendors, staff, and children with courtesy and respect.

  • There is zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, discrimination, or threatening behavior of any kind.

  • If this is witnessed or reported, you will be asked to leave the show venue. If it is severe enough, you will be banned from future shows.

  • No obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, or offensive language, or gestures.

  • No Illegal substances, weapons, or stolen goods are permitted.

  • Anyone engaging in illegal activity will be removed from the show venue and may be reported to authorities.

  • Counterfeit, altered, or misrepresented items are strictly prohibited.

No-Show / Forfeiture of Fees

  • Failure to check in and set up by the required time constitutes a no-show. No-show vendors are responsible for 100% of the table/booth fee and are not eligible for credits or refunds.

Outside Tables Prohibited

  • Vendors are not permitted to use outside tables or additional furniture to increase their booth footprint. All displays must fit within the designated booth space.

  • Shelves must not extend into your neighbor’s space. The maximum shelf depth should be less than 20 inches.

  • Applicants for table space must be at least 18 years old. Applicants under age 18 must always have a parent or legal guardian in attendance.

  • No counterfeit or unauthorized merchandise is permitted.

  • All booths must be fully staffed and ready for business by the designated opening time of the show. Vendors are not permitted to pack up or leave early — no exceptions.

  • This rule is mandatory for all participants. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the following:

    • A written warning for the first offense.

    • Possible exclusion from participation in future events.

Liability

  • Attendees and vendors participate at their own risk.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
