Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best experience possible for vendors and attendees alike. Please review our refund terms:

Event Tickets

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless the event is canceled.

  • If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.

Vendor Tables

  • Vendor table reservations are non-refundable but may be transferable upon request if approved by management.

Products/Merchandise

  • Refunds or exchanges are available for defective items only, within 14 days of purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
